Welcome to White Tree Farm, the pioneer goat cheese maker in Iredell County, established in 2020 by Heather Goforth. Nestled in Statesville, NC, we proudly offer high-quality, farm fresh goat cheese made from our own goats, alongside a unique range of branded items.

Our mission is to support local agriculture and sustainability while providing delicious products for our community. Since transitioning from the security industry, Heather has passionately dedicated herself to this hands-on venture, with her husband Chris by her side, making White Tree Farm a thriving hub of quality and care.

Well we had a surprise today. Kahlua gave birth to 1 baby boy and 1 baby girl. Story time. We weren’t sure if she was pregnant or not but tonight she didn’t come in to get milked. Heather looked out in the pasture and saw her laying down. She felt Kahlua’s ligaments near her tail and they were gone. This is the first indication that she was able to give birth. So Heather put her up in a birthing suite. About an hour later Heather looked at the cameras and saw the first part of the baby coming out. We we out and the first baby was already out. By the time I bent down to move the first baby the second baby was born. So we didn’t need to do anything at all. This is the way we like to have babies born.

MAJOR NEWS - after extensive testing we are happy to announce that we will be offering SHIPPING using ONLINE ordering very soon. As soon as we get the supplies and inventory you will be able to order using our website.
We will have our cheeses as well as our chocolate truffles available. Although prices may change slightly we anticipate that cheeses and truffles will be $9.00 per package and shipping will be a flat rate of $38 for 1 to 8 products.

We anticipate that online ordering will be available by the end of this month. We are so very excited to be able to get our products to everyone. We will be initially limiting our delivery area to the lower 48 United States due to the complexity of shipping perishable products.
